Grażyna Leszczyńska (born March 8, 1972) is a chemist with a PhD in chemical sciences, specializing in organic chemistry, bioorganic chemistry, and biochemistry. Her work focuses on the synthesis of modified nucleosides, nucleotides, and nucleic acids, particularly tRNA. She holds the position of university professor at the Lodz University of Technology (PŁ).

Leszczyńska completed her chemistry degree at the Faculty of Chemistry at PŁ in 1996. She earned her doctoral degree in 2001, with a dissertation titled The Use of Methyl Derivatives of Uridine and Pseudouridine in Studies of Structure-Function Relationships of tRNA, supervised by Prof. Andrzej Małkiewicz. Following her doctorate, she worked as an assistant professor at the Institute of Organic Chemistry from 2002 to 2018, in the group led by Prof. Elżbieta Sochacka. In 2010, she completed postgraduate studies in medical biotechnology at the Medical University of Lodz. She obtained her habilitation degree in 2018, based on her thesis Synthesis of tRNA Fragments Containing Modified Uridines from the Wobble Position, in the discipline of chemistry.

At the Institute of Organic Chemistry, she leads the RNA Research Group, focusing on the chemical synthesis and comprehensive characterization of modified nucleosides, nucleotides, and nucleic acids. Leszczyńska is a co-author of numerous research papers published in prominent journals, including RNA, Nucleic Acids Research, Nature Communications, Chemical Communications, and Journal of Molecular Biology.
